PIRATE... THE USUAL IDIOT!

Today I got a message from a very nice SWL Ullmar SM5-1252 form Sweden, in which I came to know that there is still "on air" the pirate two years ago made a lot od QSO from the African continent using my callsign . A that time I made a complaint to the police and with much regret that I continue to receive QSL QSO made in CW.
Therefore I must note that unfortunately, the meanness is always present in Ham Radio! Here the Ullmar's message:

Yesterday on 21014 kHz I heard a CW station with the callsign TL/IZ2ELV operating around 1245-1300 UTC. I got very little info, the operator said I am YL Ema and QSL to home call via bureau.

Then I checked your blog. There I find you two days earlier active in CQWW phone contest from Punta di Mezzo sul Monte Campo dei Fiori (VA).

I just wonder what I heard? Is it possible that you went the following day to the Central African Republic operating from there??!

The same callsign was also on 14005 kHz a little later according to the DX clusters. I heard stations calling but not the DX itself.

Now, dear Emanuela, what can you say? I am a very active SWL and you can read my personal presentation in the attached file. I have a strong feeling this was a pirate using your callsign. But the station was no doubt far away, Heard QSOs with G4DJX and ZS6ME etc.
